I write about things that make me feel more connected to myself and the rest of humanity. I write when I get inspired; or when I feel my thoughts or knowledge or experience could help someone; or when I just need to process an idea - to bring a seed to life and see what it grows into.
I write from my own personal perspective usually on topics such as life, personal development, positive psychology, philosophy, mental and physical wellness, holistic well-being, coaching, spirituality, self-compassion, resilience, happiness, and success. I'm convinced that there's a better way for us to go through life, a way that leaves us whole and fulfilled and connected and confident. If only we had the knowledge, space, and tools to help us understand ourselves and others, we are all capable of thriving.
