SARAH D’AURIZIO (she/her) is a 2018 graduate from the University of Western Ontario and an ardent advocate for holistic well-being in education and the workplace. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Personal Coach Certification through Wellcoaches School of Coaching, accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine. Through her coaching work, Sarah empowers young adults to create the change they desire effectively and sustainably by working from the inside out.

In the near future, Sarah hopes to pursue a Master’s degree in psychology, specifically focusing on the field of positive psychology. Positive Psychology is the scientific study of optimal human functioning, which informs the framework within which Sarah helps her clients not only achieve their goals but learn to thrive.

It is her firm belief that people are capable of living with confidence and fulfillment, and by cultivating our own holistic well-being we actively create the conditions for others to thrive, too.

welcome!

i help young adults thrive by empowering them to create change effectively and sustainably.

In 2019, I began training with the Wellcoaches School of Coaching, a professional coaching school accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine, to earn my Personal Coach Certification. As a Personal Coach, I work with young adults to get them aligned with their values, achieving their goals, and back in the driver's seat of their life. Because we work from the inside out with an applicable evidence-based toolkit, the end result is the ability to transform your life effectively and sustainably. You'll walk away with the knowledge that it is within your capacity to live a life of confidence and fulfillment -

it is within your capacity to thrive.
