But just because we're all given the same toolkit,
doesn't mean we should all use the same tools.
Take a look and use what you think might work for you, wherever you are in your life right now. Don't feel pressure to use it all, and if you do try something and it doesn't stick, don't feel discouraged.
It is usually the small things done repeatedly over time that make the biggest difference. What seems like a failure today is likely just a stepping stone to success. If you're here, you're taking yourself seriously by reflecting and taking action. You've already won.
